What we provide
Our core service is a monthly competitor report covering up to five competitors, plus optional review growth automations and related local visibility tools.
The exact scope of what is included depends on the plan you select. Specific deliverables and limits are listed on the pricing section of our website. We may add, change, or remove specific features over time as we improve the service.
Outcomes are not guaranteed
Local marketing depends on many factors outside our control, including your existing reputation, competitor activity, search engine changes, and the quality of work your business delivers. We do not guarantee any specific number of new reviews, ranking improvements, leads, calls, or revenue.
What we promise is the work itself: a competitor report delivered on time, the tools and automations described in your plan, and honest communication.
Your first report is free
Anyone who submits the form on bookdlyai.com can request one free competitor report. We aim to deliver it within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Submitting a free report request does not obligate you to purchase a paid plan. After we send the free report we may follow up by email or phone to see if you have questions or want to continue. You can opt out of these messages at any time.
Billing for paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you choose. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Annual plans are billed up front and include a discount equivalent to three months free compared to paying monthly.
All charges are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the recurring amount until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the service through that period and you are not charged again.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on file or call us at (954) 483-9010. There are no long term contracts and no cancellation fee.
Refund policy
Free reports are free. No refund applies to a free report.
For monthly paid plans, you can request a refund within 7 days of the most recent charge by emailing [email protected]. After 7 days, charges for the current period are non refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
For annual plans, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis. We refund the unused portion, less the value of months already used at the equivalent monthly rate.
What we need from you
To do good work for you, we need accurate information. You agree to:
- Provide accurate business name, website, and contact details.
- Give us timely access to any tools or accounts (Google Business Profile, review platforms, etc.) needed to deliver the service.
- Respond to reasonable requests for information within a reasonable time.
- Use the service only for your own lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Wrong information leads to wrong reports.
Honest reviews only
Our review growth systems are built to comply with the policies of the platforms we work with (Google, Yelp, Facebook, and others). We never fabricate reviews, never offer cash for reviews, and never filter or hide reviews from your customers based on rating.
You agree to use our tools in compliance with every platform's policy. If you ask us to do something a platform does not allow, we will decline.
Where the data comes from
Reports are built from publicly available sources: search results, public review pages, public business listings, and public social profiles. We do not access private data and we do not break into anything.
Information we share with you about specific competitors is provided for your internal business use. You agree not to republish, resell, or distribute the contents of a report outside your organization.
What you can do with reports
The reports, dashboards, templates, and tools we deliver to you are licensed for your internal business use while your plan is active. You may not republish them, resell them, or share them outside your organization without written permission.
The BookdlyAI name, logo, methodology, and the design of our reports remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Our liability is limited
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BookdlyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
If we update these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always posted at bookdlyai.com/termsofservice with an updated date at the top.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel before they take effect.
